The building enjoys a quiet and peaceful location. It faces east and offers a magnificent view of the Val d'Hérens. The swimming pool and sauna of the residence are available to all tenants. The building has an elevator, a common laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a large ski room with a locker per apartment. There is a possibility to rent a parking space in the underground garage.
